In much the same way that Pokemon and YuGiOh started out in Japan, Chaotic was a trading card that originated in Denmark, which was named "Grolls and Gorks". In 2003 a world-wide licensing and distribution agreement was reached and Chaotic was brought to North America. 4Kids Entertainment joined in and the cards were redesigned along with the online platform and a new animated series was produced. Now in its second season, M'arrillian Invasion is the latest storyline in the world of Chaotic.

The Chieftains moved forward, mentally controlling many who dared to oppose them. Dominated UnderWorlders faced former friends as the Lava Pond became the first of many stable footholds for the M'arrillians in Perim.
