This is an Interactive Pikachu by TOMY toys, imported from Japan. It looks like Ash Ketchum's Pikachu from the animated series, not like those distorted-looking plushes and figures you normally see. Made of a soft rubber material, not plastic. If you talk to him his cheeks light up and he says a few phrases (e.g. "Pika!"). You can also get him to talk if you poke his tummy. He also moves his arms, his ears, and wiggles his nose.
